Best club or group: at least 10 participants from one club must each pay their own entry fee. Medals travel by India Post; digital awards are emailed. Award numbers may be adjusted to the total acceptances.

Files
- JPEG, up to 1920 px wide and 1080 px high at 300 dpi
- Maximum 2 MB, compression 7–12
- Oversized images are not resized. You resubmit.
Titles
- Up to 35 characters, in English characters
- Meaningful titles only, no camera file names
- Nothing that identifies the photographer
Entries
- Up to 4 images per section
- No identical or similar images
- No watermarks or visible markings
Authorship and AI
Every element must be your own work. AI tools that only use pixels already in your photograph are allowed. Generative AI that adds outside content is prohibited and can lead to a ban from PSA exhibitions.
Colour and monochrome
An image is either colour or monochrome. Toning with two or more hues, spot colour and partial toning make it a colour image.
Results
Results download from the website and scorecards arrive by email. The catalogue is emailed and available as a PDF.
